 My legal practice includes primarily civil litigation and family law.  The cases accepted for civil litigation are those involving  family (divorce, custody, modification, contempt, collection of child support, and paternity,) probate and breach of contract.  My office will also assist those with legitimate fear and or stalking with the Victim Protective Order process.  A limited number of cases are accepted in the area of Expungement and Sealing of civil and criminal records.    

By limiting my practice for maximum effectiveness, this Law Office offers each client the personal attention and a hands on approach.  I have remained a service-oriented lawyer for each client.  I have represented clients from all sections of the United States and internationally. 

For more than thirty years, I have been an advocate for the women, men and children that I have represented for the purpose of reaching a resolution to their legal problems.
